Our team is composed of experienced professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Paul is the founder of Access Commercial and has over 44 years of commercial real estate finance and development. His experience in commercial real estate finance was as an executive for several large banking institutions in Texas, Ohio and Michigan. He has been responsible for generating over a billion dollars commercial real estate loans. In 1998 he started developing commercial net leased properties in Michigan and expanded into additional Midwest states. His companies attained “preferred developer” status and have been responsible for the successful completion of over 50 developments in 10 states.

Managing Partner
Ken has over 35 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate construction development. Ken started his own development firm after leaving the armed services (Marines), and for seventeen years developed primarily commercial properties. Having a successful period of residential and commercial development he decided to focus in the large commercial construction industry with one of the top five international construction firms. Project types he had direct supervision include major league stadiums, hospitals, data centers, airports and shopping centers.
